Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Please note that custom-built completes may require an additional 24-48 hours for our professional assembly team to set up your board before it ships.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on most orders over a certain threshold within the contiguous United States. Specific exclusions may apply to oversized items like certain ramps or heavy gear.
What is your return policy for skate and snow gear?
We accept returns on unused, brand-new items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a skateboard has been assembled, gripped, or ridden, it cannot be returned.
Can I customize my board setup?
Absolutely. You can use our custom board builder to select specific decks, trucks, wheels, and bearings. Our shop pros will even grip and assemble it for you at no extra charge if requested.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Daddies Board Shop ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
